Before You Begin
There is no registration fee for the conference this year. Registration is required for all participants, whether attending in person or online.
ASOC 2026 is a hybrid event. Join us in Addis Ababa from November 1 to 4, or participate virtually from anywhere in the world.
If you need an invitation letter for visa purposes, indicate this on the form and provide your passport full name, number, and expiration date.
Your name as it should appear on conference materials, country of residence, email, WhatsApp number, organization or institution, job title, professional category, and which days you plan to attend if joining in person. Questions? Email asocconference@gmail.com.
